Terms and Conditions
The Ticketing Service is offered by PST upon flexible terms and conditions, including but not limited to the size of emergency stock and contract duration. It is PST’s priority to meet the needs of our Customers, therefore the details of each contract are subject to individual arrangements with the Customer.
The Ticketing Service is provided based on the Ticketing Service Contract. The execution of the Contract is subject to prior consent of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (Urząd Regulacji Energetyki, URE). The obligation to acquire the consent of the President of URE is stipulated in the Law on Stocks.
