Bartłomiej Korzeniewski has been continuously associated with the energy industry for the last 20 years. He graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics, Computer Science and Mechanics at the University of Warsaw and completed doctoral studies at the Department of Finance and Management at the Warsaw School of Economics. He has been employed in the PGNiG Group since 2011, first as the Director of the PGNiG Energia SA Trading Department (since 2011), Director of the Energy Trading Department at PGNIG Energia SA (since 2012) and then from June 2013 as Director of the Wholesale Trading Department at PGNiG SA. In 2013-2015 he was already associated with PST as Chairman of the Supervisory Board and between June and December of 2014 as Managing Director.
Olgierd Hurka graduated from the Faculty of Economics with a focal point on Foreign Trade at the University of Gdansk and completed an MBA at the Manchester Business School in Great Britain. He started his career as financial auditor in a “big five” company and later moved into a management consulting sphere. He headed a private equity fund and held supervisory positions in portfolio companies in Poland and Germany. Mr. Hurka has been working in the Wholesale Trading Department of PGNiG since 2013, initially as Director of Settlements and Logistics Department overseeing trading back office and pipeline gas logistics. Since 2016, as Director of the LNG Department, he is responsible for developing the LNG strategy of the PGNiG group, negotiating and managing LNG supply contracts,, operational management and small scale LNG business development. He supervised the set up of PST’s London trading office and its development.
